目的:大学生由于久坐和缺乏身体锻炼,其身体素质呈下降趋势。本研究通过Meta分析攀岩运动是否可以有效的改善大学生身体素质下降的状况。方法 :全面的查阅资料,根据纳入标准进行筛选文献,共有9篇文献被列入这个Meta分析,所采用的实验周期为4~24周。列入本Meta分析的10个指标是:体脂率、最大摄氧量、心率、握力、下肢蹬力、纵跳、俯卧撑、引体向上、仰卧起坐和坐位体前屈。计算出效应量的大小并产生这10个指标的森林图。结果 :Meta分析显示攀岩运动可以非常显著提高握力、下肢蹬力、纵跳、俯卧撑、引体向上、仰卧起坐和坐位体前屈(P<0.01),可以显著提高最大摄氧量(P<0.05),攀岩运动不能显著提高心率和体脂率(P>0.05)。结论 :攀岩运动作为一种新兴的身体锻炼运动,对大学生身体素质的提高具有显著的积极影响。长期从事攀岩运动其效果会更佳。
Aims: Undergraduates’ physical fitness is on the decline due to sedentary and lack of physical activity. In this study, through the Meta analysis of rock climbing can effectively improve the physical fitness of college students decline. METHODS: A comprehensive review of the data was carried out to screen the literature based on the inclusion criteria. A total of 9 articles were included in this Meta-analysis and the experimental period used was 4 to 24 weeks. The 10 indicators included in this meta-analysis were: body fat percentage, maximal oxygen uptake, heart rate, grip strength, lower limbs pushing force, longitudinal jump, push-ups, pull-ups, sit-ups and sitting flexion. Calculate the size of the effect and produce these ten indicators of the forest map. Results: The results of Meta-analysis showed that climbing can greatly improve the maximal oxygen uptake (P <0.01) by using grip strength, lower limbs lifting force, longitudinal jump, push-ups, pull-ups, sit-ups and sit- 0.05). Climbing exercise can not significantly improve heart rate and body fat percentage (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Climbing as an emerging body-building exercise has a significant positive impact on the improvement of college students’ physical fitness. Engaged in rock climbing long-term effect will be better.
