目的探讨淮安城乡地区老年人群慢性肾脏病(chronic kidney disease,CKD)流行状况,为今后淮安市老年人群慢性肾脏病防治奠定基础。方法 2011年在淮安地区调查老年人群慢性肾脏病患病率、知晓率、治疗率。样本的获取采用分层整群抽样的方法,以社区(村)为单位,抽取淮安市2011年城乡社区60~79岁人群1964例进行慢性肾脏病及相关因素的调查。结果淮安地区老年人群慢性肾脏病患病率13.80%。慢性肾脏病患病率随年龄增大而逐渐增高,淮安地区老年人群慢性肾脏病知晓率12.92%、治疗率8.12%,城市老年人群慢性肾脏病知晓率15.43%、治疗率9.57%,明显高于农村7.23%、4.82%的知晓率和治疗率,P<0.05。结论淮安地区老年人群慢性肾脏病患病率较高,知晓率、治疗率低。老年人群应作为慢性肾脏病监测重点人群,尤其是65岁以上老年人群。尚需进一步加强淮安地区的社区老年慢性肾脏病防治工作,特别是农村地区,以提高社区老年高血压患者的管理水平,提高老年慢性肾脏病的控制率。
Objective To investigate the prevalence of chronic kidney disease (CKD) in the elderly in urban and rural areas of Huaian and lay the foundation for the prevention and treatment of chronic kidney disease in the elderly in Huaian. Methods In 2011, the prevalence, awareness rate and treatment rate of chronic kidney disease in the elderly were investigated in Huaian area. The sample was obtained by stratified cluster sampling method, community (village) as a unit, drawn from urban and rural residents in Huai’an City, 1964, 1964 cases of chronic renal disease and related factors survey. Results The prevalence of chronic kidney disease in the elderly population in Huai’an was 13.80%. The prevalence of chronic kidney disease was gradually increased with age. The awareness rate of chronic kidney disease in elderly population in Huai’an was 12.92%, the treatment rate was 8.12%, the awareness rate of chronic kidney disease in urban elderly population was 15.43%, and the treatment rate was 9.57% Rural 7.23%, 4.82% awareness and treatment rate, P <0.05. Conclusion The prevalence rate of chronic kidney disease in the elderly in Huaian area is high, and the awareness rate and treatment rate are low. The elderly population should be the focus of chronic kidney disease monitoring, especially the elderly over the age of 65. Still need to further strengthen the prevention and treatment of chronic nephropathy in the elderly in Huaian area, especially in rural areas in order to improve the management of elderly hypertensive patients in the community and improve the control rate of elderly patients with chronic kidney disease.
