在氧化还原环境中研究了方铅矿的无捕收剂浮选行为,并考查了磨矿环境的影响。无氧体系的研究表明:表面纯净的方铅矿没有天然疏水性;方铅矿在还原环境及强氧化时不浮,只有在适当氧化时方铅矿才能无捕收剂浮出。浮出的起始电位和不浮的临界电位以及最大回收率均与pH有关。实验发现:在有或没有硫化钠(10~(-2)M)时湿式瓷球磨的方铅矿都只能在氧化环境下浮出,不过加入硫化钠磨矿的方铅矿要在较高的氧化电位下才能浮出。 用光电子能谱(XPS)对方铅矿无捕收剂浮选精矿表面进行了硫的价态分析。发现了元素硫(S~0)的存在,从而说明了方铅矿无捕收剂浮选的机理就是氧化生成了疏水性的元素硫。
Flotation behavior of galena-free collector was studied in a redox environment and the effect of grinding environment was examined. Anaerobic system studies have shown that: the surface of the pure galena does not have natural hydrophobicity; gypsum in the reducing environment and strong oxidation does not float, galena only in the proper oxidation when no collector surfaced. Floating start potential and non-floating threshold potential and the maximum recovery rate are related to pH. It was found that the wet ball milling of galena with or without sodium sulfide (10 ~ (-2) M) can only emerge under oxidizing atmosphere, but the galena added with sodium sulphide grinding should be at higher Oxidation potential to emerge. The valence state analysis of sulfur was carried out on the surface of galena concentrate without flotation by photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The existence of elemental sulfur (S ~ 0) was found, which indicates that the mechanism of flotation of galena without collector is the oxidation of elemental sulfur which is hydrophobic.
