糖尿病患者并发低血糖昏迷是糖尿病危急重症之一,诊断治疗不及时会直接危及生命。现将我院1996年6月至2001年6月急诊及住院收治的药物性低血糖昏迷患者42例分析报告如下。1 临床资料1.1 一般资料本组病人均根据WHO诊断标准确诊为糖尿病Ⅱ型,病程1月～20年,平均9.5年。42例患者中,男性30例,女性12例,年龄42～70岁,平均59.5岁。入院时 Diabetic patients with hypoglycemic coma is one of the major critically ill diabetic patients, diagnosis and treatment is not timely will directly threaten life. Now in our hospital from June 1996 to June 2001 emergency and hospitalized patients with hypoglycemic coma 42 cases reported as follows. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General Information The patients were diagnosed according to WHO diagnostic criteria for type Ⅱ diabetes, duration of 1 months to 20 years, an average of 9.5 years. Of the 42 patients, 30 were male and 12 were female, ranging in age from 42 to 70 years (mean 59.5 years). At admission
