第一章:总则第一条:为规范食用农产品市场销售行为,加强食用农产品市场销售质量安全监督管理,保证食用农产品质量安全,根据《中华人民共和国食品安全法》等法律法规。制定本办法。第二条:食用农产品市场销售质量安全及其监督管理适用本办法。本办法所称食用农产品市场销售,是指通过集中交易市场、商场、超市、便利店等销售食用农产品的活动。本办法所称集中交易市场,是指销售食用农产品的批发市场和零售市场(含农贸市场)。第三条:国家食品药品监督管理总局负责监督指导全国食用农产
