本文针对矿井排水技术研究现状,以开滦范各庄矿井排水系统为研究对象,采用以微处理器为核心的可编程序控制器(PLC)控制取代继电器控制。在充分掌握系统工作原理基础上,分析了人工起、停水泵工作原理;以及涉及到限电的时间、水仓水位的要求,设计了自动排水的控制程序。在整个设计当中,控制系统除了能自动操作之外,也可以人工的控制,为煤矿的自动排水设计提出了解决方案,提高了排水泵房的管理水平和经济效益。
In this paper, according to the research status of mine drainage technology, the drainage system of Fangezhuang Mine in Kailuan is taken as the research object. The programmable logic controller (PLC) with microprocessor as the core replaces the control of the relay. On the basis of fully grasping the working principle of the system, the working principle of artificial starting and stopping pumps was analyzed. The requirements of time limit and water level of water storage were discussed. The control program of automatic drainage was designed. In the whole design, the control system can not only be operated automatically, but also can be manually controlled, which provides solutions for the automatic drainage design of coal mines and improves the management level and economic benefits of drainage pump houses.
