目的:了解广州市大一新生的社会适应能力状况,并探讨其影响因素。方法:在广州市3所大学随机抽取858名大一新生进行问卷调查,问卷内容包括一般情况、社会适应能力诊断量表和简易应对方式问卷。结果:大一新生的社会适应能力平均得分为(6.28±5.44)分,在性格(F=40.71,P<0.01)、宿舍关系(F=15.47,P<0.01)、家庭关系(F=38.00,P<0.01)、积极应对得分(t=10.61,P<0.01)和消极应对得分(t=4.32,P<0.01)方面的差异具有统计学意义。结论:大一新生的社会适应能力较差,学校、家庭和社会应采取相关措施,提高新生的社会适应能力。
Objective: To understand the status of social adaptability of freshmen in Guangzhou and to explore the influencing factors. Methods: A total of 858 freshmen were selected randomly from 3 universities in Guangzhou to conduct a questionnaire survey. The questionnaire included the general situation, the questionnaire of social adaptability and the questionnaire of simple coping style. Results: The average score of social adaptability of freshmen was (6.28 ± 5.44) points, with a significant difference in personality (F = 40.71, P <0.01), dormitory (F = 15.47, P <0.01) P <0.01). The positive coping scores (t = 10.61, P <0.01) and negative coping scores (t = 4.32, P <0.01) were statistically significant. Conclusions: Freshmen have poor social adaptability, and relevant measures should be taken by schools, families and society to improve their social adaptability.
