运用概率统计理论及试验方法,研究沥青洒布时多重叠洒布的形成原因以及对沥青洒布精度及均匀性的影响,分析影响多重叠洒布质量的各个因素,包括喷嘴距地高度、喷嘴间距、喷洒扇面角度和喷嘴安装角等,提出合理的重叠洒布次数以及提高多重叠洒布质量的方法。设计沥青洒布系统的样机,并进行现场试验。测试结果表明,采用多重叠洒布时的沥青洒布精度明显高于无重叠时的沥青洒布精度。
Probability and statistics theory and test methods were used to study the formation reason of the overlapped cloth and the influence on the precision and uniformity of the asphalt spread. The factors affecting the quality of the overlapped cloth were analyzed, including the height of the nozzle from the ground, Spacing, spray fan angle and nozzle installation angle, etc., put forward a reasonable number of overlapping sprinkler and improve the quality of multiple sprinkled cloth method. Design a prototype asphalt spreading system and carry out on-site tests. The test results show that the precision of asphalt spraying with multiple overlapping cloths is obviously higher than that of asphalt without overlapping.
