[目的]观察氨溴特罗治疗小儿支气管肺炎的临床疗效及对血清白介素-6（IL-6）、C-反应蛋白（CRP）的影响。[方法]将80例符合标准的支气管肺炎患儿随机分为观察组和对照组各40例，对照组给予常规治疗，观察组在对照组基础上给予氨溴特罗口服溶液，观察两组患儿的临床疗效及对血清IL-6、CRP的影响。[结果]观察组临床总有效率为95．00％，明显高于对照组的77．50％，差异具有统计学意义（ P ＜0．05）；两组治疗后血清IL-6、CRP均较治疗前明显降低（ P ＜0．01），且观察组优于对照组（ P ＜0．05）。[结论]氨溴特罗辅助治疗小儿支气管肺炎疗效显著，通过降低血清IL-6、CRP水平可能是其发挥疗效的作用机制之一。“,”[Objective]To observe the clinical efficacy of ambroxol xastro for the treatment of children with bronchopneumonia and the impact on serum interleukin-6(IL-6) and C-reactive protein(CRP) .[Methods] Totally 80 children with bronchopneumonia complying with a standarded were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 40 cases in each group .The control group was given with conventional treatment , while the observation group was given with ambroxol castro oral solution on the basis of control group .Clinical ef-ficacy and the effect on serum IL-6 and CRP were observed in two groups .[Results] The total clinical effective rate of observation group was 95 .00% ,which was higher than that of control group(77 .50% ) ,and there was sig-nificant difference( P <0 .05) .Compared with before treatment ,serum levels of IL-6 and CRP in two groups after treatment were decreased obviously ( P <0 .01) ,and the observation group was better than the control group ( P<0 .05) .[Conclusion]Ambroxol castro has a good effect to treat children bronchopneumonia .It may play a thera-peutic role through reducing serum levels of IL-6 and CRP which may be the mechanism .
