近年来,社会经济快速发展,市场竞争越来越激烈,企业要想在市场中立足必须掌握核心的竞争力。企业之间的核心竞争力其实就是人才的竞争,企业要想长久保持核心竞争力,必须拥有高素质的人才队伍,同时,进行人才梯队的培养,为企业未来的发展奠定坚实的基础。对于企业来说,人才资源是可控的资源,根据企业的战略规划,可以按照不同类别的人才进行资源整合,形成科学合理的人才梯队,为企业后续的发展做准备。笔者主要介绍了企业人才梯队建设的理论、目的和原则,进而为建设企业人才梯队提出战略性意见。
In recent years, rapid social and economic development, market competition more and more fierce, companies want to be based in the market must grasp the core competitiveness. In fact, the core competitiveness of enterprises is the competition of talents. In order to maintain their core competitiveness for a long time, enterprises must have highly qualified personnel, and at the same time, cultivate talents to lay a solid foundation for the future development of the enterprise. For enterprises, human resources are controllable resources. According to the strategic planning of enterprises, resources can be integrated according to different types of talents to form a scientific and reasonable talent team to prepare for the follow-up development of the enterprise. The author mainly introduces the theory, purpose and principle of enterprise talent echelon construction, and then puts forward strategic opinions for building enterprise echelon personnel.
