通过分析广西蚕桑示范特色小镇的重要性、科学性和紧迫性,研究建立广西蚕桑示范特色小镇的发展思路,为推动广西区域经济发展提供参考。文章在分析建设蚕桑示范特色小镇的重要意义和优势条件的基础上,结合广西蚕桑产业目前的发展状况,提出建立广西蚕桑示范特色小镇的几点建议,即通过核心示范,试点先行;统筹规划,全面发展;合理布局,特色打造;多元融合,立体推进;政策扶持,创新机制,以推进广西蚕桑示范特色小镇的建设。落实并加快建设蚕桑示范特色小镇,是广西推动全区经济转型升级和城乡统筹发展建设的客观需求,是改善民生,富民强省的发展之路。
By analyzing the importance, scientificity and urgency of demonstrating the characteristic sericulture of Guangxi sericulture, this paper studies the development train of thought for setting up a characteristic sericulture demonstration town in Guangxi and provides a reference for promoting the regional economic development in Guangxi. Based on the analysis of the important and advantageous conditions of building a characteristic sericulture demonstration town, this paper puts forward some suggestions on establishing a characteristic sericulture demonstration town in Guangxi based on the current development of the sericulture industry in Guangxi. Planning, all-round development; reasonable layout and characteristic building; diversified integration and three-dimensional advancement; policy support and innovation mechanism so as to promote the construction of characteristic sericulture demonstration villages in Guangxi. Implementing and accelerating the construction of a characteristic small town with sericulture demonstration areas is an objective demand of Guangxi to promote the economic transformation and upgrading and the overall development of urban and rural areas in Guangxi and a road of development for improving people’s livelihood and enriching people and strengthening the province.
