我们看到了普通高校的女生从最初选择跑步、健美等纯体力型运动方式逐渐向瑜伽这样的修心养性的意识型运动转变。通过瑜伽练习来改善生理、心理、情感和精神,使得身体、心灵与精神和谐统一,充分与自然对话,达到人体与自然的“和谐”。瑜伽受到了越来越多女大学生的青睐,瑜伽作为一项新兴的运动项目进入到当前的高校体育课堂已成为一种必然,根据高校女生的心理和生理特点,在高校中开展瑜伽课程对其追求生心完美是必要的也是附和其身心需求的,其教学内容和理念迎合了女大学生提高自我调节能力的培养。
