笔者所在公司生产的大部分高空作业车在设计时都基于停机时间较长的安装作业工况,因此其液压系统在频发作业时容易产生温度过高的问题。笔者针对液压系统的发热情况进行计算,并针对车辆实际情况选择适用的散热装置,成功解决液压系统温度过高的问题。
Most of the aerial work vehicles produced by the author’s company are based on long downtime installation work conditions, so that their hydraulic system is prone to over-temperature during frequent operations. I calculated for the heating system of hydraulic system, and for the actual situation of the vehicle select the appropriate cooling device, the successful solution to the hydraulic system temperature is too high.
