在各类公文中,经常要用数字来说明问题,而数字运用的正确与否,对公文内容的准确表述至关重要。本文就如何在公文中规范使用数字问题谈几点个人看法。一、关于公文中数字用法的标准要在公文中正确运用数字,首先必须掌握公文中数字用法的规范。汉语书面语中运用数字的情况虽然比较复杂,但概括起来不外乎两种情形:其一,在汉字数字和阿拉伯数字之间,选择是唯一的,所以体例比较统一;其二,选择是两可的,所以体例很不统一。所谓规范,就是针对第二种情况制定的。一段时期以来,对国家标准《出版物上数字用法的规定》是否适用于公文,存在三种不同的观点:即适用、不适用、基本适用。
