With the progress of society and economic development, more and more enterprises are gradually beginning to attach importance to talent strategy. In business administration, it is of utmost importance to adhere to the people-centered principle and play an important role in people. Whether it is the management of personnel and labor or the operation and management of enterprises, a harmonious labor-capital environment is an indispensable element of business operation.
