连续油管钻井技术因诸多原因倍受关注,井控就是原因之一。由于钻杆上有连接器,一直困扰着管杆型钻机的井涌问题不复存在。连续油管钻井操作既安全又简单,日益得到推广应用。连续油管钻井技术还存在着明显不足:①钻管不能转向;②钻管的使用寿命短;③钻柱穿孔。针对上述不足,提出了:①在钻井过程中整体转动绞盘,从而使连续油管在井眼内转向;②在每一段连续油管的末端都焊接一个连接头,便于施工完毕后拆卸管段。
Coiled tubing drilling technology has drawn so much attention for many reasons that well control is one of the reasons. Because of the connector on the drill pipe, the problem of kick in the pipe-rod rig has plagued the problem. Coiled tubing drilling operations are both safe and easy, and are increasingly being promoted. Coiled tubing drilling technology there are still obvious deficiencies: ① drill pipe can not be turned; ② short life of the drill pipe; ③ drill perforation. In view of the above shortcomings, it is proposed that: (1) Turn the winch as a whole during drilling so as to make the coiled tubing turn in the wellbore; (2) Weld a connector at the end of each coiled tubing to facilitate the demolition of the pipe after construction.
