在阐述企业管理创新相关概念的基础上,结合张钢、倪旭东(2007)相关研究,提出知识差异和知识冲突对企业管理创新的影响下述观点:(1)知识差异和知识冲突存在一定的相互影响;(2)当成员之间知识差异较低时,成员之间的知识冲突对企业管理创新存在正向影响;当成员之间知识差异较高时,知识冲突对企业管理创新产生震荡影响。(3)当成员之间不存在知识冲突时,成员之间的知识差异对企业管理创新产生正向影响;当成员之间存在知识冲突时,成员之间的知识差异高低对企业管理创新影响并不显著。
Based on the related concepts of enterprise management innovation and the related research of Zhang Gang and Ni Xudong (2007), the author puts forward the following opinions about the influence of knowledge difference and knowledge conflict on the innovation of enterprise management: (1) Knowledge difference and knowledge conflict have certain mutual relations (2) When there is a low level of knowledge among members, knowledge conflicts among members have a positive impact on the innovation of business management; when there is a high level of knowledge difference among members, the knowledge conflict has an impact on the innovation of business management.
