近三十年来,世界高炉技术突飞猛进,冶炼指标显著提高。究竟什么是诸多措施和显著效果的结合点呢? 大量高炉解剖分析表明:随着高炉原料条件和操作水平的提高,软熔带位置降低;厚度减薄;结构与形状改变,即由呈渣,铁、焦、矿的混合结构,变为呈矿石层和焦炭层相互间隔的百叶窗式结构;形状由V型和W型变成倒V型(图1)。
