培养高质量的技能型人才,是职业院校的责任与义务。而人才培养质量的关键在于课程质量,没有高质量的课程就培养不出高质量的人才。本文针对目前高职院校在课程设置和实施过程中普遍存在的制度缺失这一问题,提出课程准入制,通过制度设计和制度安排来规范课程计划和课程实施,避免人为因素和情感因素的干扰或控制,提高课程质量,增加人才培养质量的保障系数。
