房屋产权的确认与转让为房产局和产权市场内部审核提供线索,有助于维护我国房地产市场稳定。房屋产权产籍关乎亿万百姓身家,不容一丝一毫闪失。然而对于无籍房的确权与转让无论是在法律规定和办理流程上都有很大的漏洞和不足,为经济的发展埋下隐患。本文在此背景下,探究无籍房确权与转让相关问题,以期我国房地产市场为代表的实体行业进一步盘活金融服务业,促进经济健康发展。
The confirmation and transfer of housing property rights provide clues to the internal audit of real estate and property markets and help to maintain the stability of China’s real estate market. Property ownership of property rights is about hundreds of millions of people, can not be shredded with slightest loss. However, there is great loopholes and deficiencies in both the legal provisions and handling procedures for the affirmative ownership and assignment of unofficial houses, laying a hidden danger for the economic development. In this context, this article explores the issues related to the confirmation and transfer of ownership without housing, in order to further activate the financial services industry in the real estate industry represented by the real estate market in our country and promote the healthy development of the economy.
