目的探索注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)和对立违抗障碍(ODD)男童的情绪调节过程特征,比较两者情绪调节过程的异同。方法采用病例对照的研究方法,选取ADHD和ODD男童为研究组,对其情绪调节能力、行为表现、智能情况进行评估,并且与健康发育男童做比较。结果以总智商为协变量,研究组在负性情绪认知重评,负性情绪表情抑制,负性情绪表情宣泄,正性情绪认知重评上的得分与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(F=4.108、7.747、12.157、4.475,P<0.05或<0.01);单纯ODD组、ODD/ADHD组和单纯ADHD组的情绪调节能力未见显著差异。结论 ADHD和ODD男童存在对负性情绪的调节缺陷。
Objective To explore the characteristics of emotional adjustment process in boys with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and contradictory defensive disorder (ODD), and to compare the similarities and differences of emotional regulation between the two. Methods A case-control study was conducted. The ADHD and ODD boys were selected as the study group to evaluate their emotion regulation ability, behavior performance and intelligence, and compared with healthy boys. The results of the total IQ as a covariate, the study group in negative emotional cognitive revaluation, negative emotional expression inhibition, negative emotional expression vent, positive emotional cognitive revaluation scores compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant Significance (F = 4.108,7.747,12.157,4.475, P <0.05 or <0.01). There was no significant difference in emotion regulation ability between ODD group, ODD / ADHD group and ADHD group alone. Conclusion ADHD and ODD boys have defects in regulating negative emotions.
