立风险投资机制，是促进福建省高新技术产业化的重大举措，是实施“科教兴省” 战略的必然要求。当前关键是要从福建省情出发，构建风险投资机制，制定与出台相应 的政策予以扶持。
Establishing a risk investment mechanism is a major move to promote the industrialization of high-tech in Fujian Province and is an inevitable requirement for the implementation of the strategy of “invigorating education through science and education”. The current key is to start from the Fujian Province, the establishment of risk investment mechanism, formulation and introduction of the corresponding policies to be supported.
