最近两年,针对高校学生的信贷消费发生了一系列恶性事件,如高利贷、“裸贷”、暴力催收等。为了苹果手机,陕西咸阳19岁女孩小敏(化名)从“校园贷”借了12500元。钱还不上,就又从其他校园贷借款,8个月过后,这笔钱“滚”成了23万元。也有女大学生通过网络借贷平台借款,借款周利息高达30%且被要求“裸持”(以手持身份证的裸照为抵押)。校园贷引发的恶性事件引起舆论的激烈批评,银监会先后要求网贷机构暂停校园贷业务,并鼓励商业银行等正规金融向高校学生提供信贷服务。
