房价一直以来是国家宏观调控的重点,而一线城市的房价更是调控的重中之重。本文选用北上广深四个一线城市从2010年6月到2015年5月的“百城价格指数”建立VAR模型,并通过脉冲响应图以及Granger因果关系检验,表明对于全国房地产市场的调控,短期应该关注广州和上海,长期需注意北京和深圳,从而地方政府在制定房地产政策时应当有所协调。
Housing prices has always been the focus of national macro-control, while the price of first-tier cities is the most important regulation and control.
