酞菁钴 (Co Pc)和羰基铁的原位复合 ,制备出稳定的铁 /酞菁钴复合粒子。XRD、SEM、TG和 DTA的表征表明 :复合粒子的结构、形态和组成与采用的制备方式有关。分解时 ,羰基铁的浓度越低 ,复合粒子的粒径越小。Co Pc和羰基铁的混合液回流 ,Co Pc用量不小于 6.7%(质量分数 ) ,可得以铁为主、粒径 1 .2 0 μm± 0 .1 0 μm、密度 3.664g/cm3、Co Pc完全包覆的铁 /酞菁钴复合粒子。 Co Pc的完全包覆提高了复合粒子中超微铁的抗氧化性。
The in-situ composite of cobalt phthalocyanine (Co Pc) and carbonyl iron prepared stable iron / cobalt phthalocyanine composite particles. The results of XRD, SEM, TG and DTA show that the structure, morphology and composition of the composite particles are related to the preparation methods adopted. When decomposed, the lower the concentration of carbonyl iron, the smaller the particle size of the composite particles. Co Pc and carbonyl iron mixture reflux, CoPC amount of not less than 6.7% (mass fraction), can be iron-based, particle size 1.20 μm ± 0 .1 0 μm, a density of 3.664g / cm3, Co Pc Fully coated iron / phthalocyanine cobalt composite particles. The complete coating of Co Pc improves the oxidation resistance of ultrafine iron in the composite particles.
