目的探讨营养支持对提高腹膜透析患者营养状况的影响。方法将120例腹膜透析患者随机分为对照组和试验组。试验组60例采用营养支持干预,对照组60例采用一般护理方法,在一年内每3个月分别行血生化检测营养评估,比较两组患者营养不良发生率及血清TP、ALB、PA、TF和Hh水平。结果试验组干预后营养不良发生大大减少,血清总蛋白、白蛋白、前白蛋白、转铁蛋白和血红蛋白水平有较大的提高,与干预前比较差异有统计学意义。对照组干预后一年内每3个月营养不良发生率高于试验组,血清血清总蛋白、白蛋白、前白蛋白、转铁蛋白和血红蛋白水平与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义。结论营养支持能够有效提高腹膜透析患者的营养状况。
Objective To investigate the effect of nutritional support on improving nutritional status of peritoneal dialysis patients. Methods 120 cases of peritoneal dialysis patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. Nutritional support intervention was used in 60 cases in experimental group and 60 cases in control group were treated with general nursing method. Nutritional assessment of blood biochemistry was performed every 3 months in one year. The incidence of malnutrition, serum TP, ALB, PA, TF And Hh level. Results The incidence of malnutrition in the experimental group was greatly reduced after treatment, and the levels of serum total protein, albumin, prealbumin, transferrin and hemoglobin were greatly increased, which were significantly different from those before intervention. The incidence of malnutrition in the control group was higher than that in the experimental group every 3 months in one year after treatment. The serum total protein, albumin, prealbumin, transferrin and hemoglobin were significantly different from those in the control group. Conclusion Nutritional support can effectively improve the nutritional status of peritoneal dialysis patients.
