集装箱码头运作优化的重要目标之一是降低堆场翻箱率.进口箱提箱过程中的翻箱落位优化是降低码头翻箱率的重要途径.在对集装箱码头堆场翻箱过程分析的基础上建立了基于Petri网的翻箱模拟仿真模型,通过仿真模拟分析了进口箱翻倒概率的相关性影响因素;建立了翻箱概率与翻箱落位后的二次翻箱量估计模型;基于翻箱量估计最小规则设计了集装箱堆场翻箱落位优化启发式算法,利用仿真实验对所提出的算法与OH算法和IH算法进行了比较分析,实验结果表明在求解较大规模问题时算法精度可优于上述两种算法15%以上.
One of the most important goals of container terminal operation optimization is to reduce the rate of rollover at the yard. The optimization of turning over the box during the process of importation of suitcases is an important way to reduce the turnover rate of the terminal. On the basis of Petri net, a simulation model of rollover box was established. The influencing factors of the rollover probability of entrance box were analyzed by simulation. The estimation model of rollover box was established based on Petri net probability. The minimum rules for estimating the volume of containers are designed to optimize the hedging algorithm of container yard reversal optimization. The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm is better than the OH and IH algorithms. The experimental results show that the algorithm Accuracy can be better than the above two algorithms more than 15%.
