采用对甲苯磺酸作为催化剂,将三(2-羟乙基)异氰脲酸酯(THEIC)与丙烯酸(AA)在适当条件下进行酯化反应,成功合成了含三嗪环的多官能度丙烯酸酯特种单体。详细考察了催化剂用量、原料配比、带水剂用量和反应温度等因素对酯化反应的影响,获得了最佳的反应条件,最终产物的酯化率最高可达94.10%。FT-IR、LC/MS和TGA分析表明,提纯产物为二酯化和三酯化产物的混合体,收率为91.37%。提纯产物的UV固化膜具有优异的UV固化性能和耐水性、耐溶剂性,以及良好的耐热性能。
Using p-toluenesulfonic acid as a catalyst, tri (2-hydroxyethyl) isocyanurate (THEIC) and acrylic acid (AA) were esterified under the proper conditions to synthesize triazine ring-containing multifunctional Acrylate specialty monomer. The effects of catalyst dosage, raw material ratio, amount of water-carrying agent and reaction temperature on the esterification reaction were investigated in detail. The optimal reaction conditions were obtained. The esterification rate of the final product reached 94.10%. FT-IR, LC / MS and TGA analysis showed that the purified product was a mixture of di-esterified and tri-esterified products with a yield of 91.37%. The UV cured film of the purified product has excellent UV curability and water resistance, solvent resistance, and good heat resistance.
