本文就锻件超声探伤的方法、缺陷测定和标准化所取得的进展,作简要介绍。探伤方法锻坯经强力锻压,内部最常出现的冶金缺陷,将随同工件的形变大多平行于锻压面。因此,采用平探头在此面上垂直辐射超声波束并藉缺陷反射而发现,此即锻件常规的单探头纵波脉冲反射式探伤。机械产品种类和数量的增长,技术要求的提高,探伤对象在数量、形状等方面均随着发展,实践又对缺陷的形成和特点有了新的认识,复杂的制造过程和使用以及不可能完全排除的偶然因素所产生的缺陷,
