非智力因素一般指智力因素以外的一切心理因素、主要包括动机、兴趣、情感、意志和性格等。非智力因素同智力一样影响学生的学业成绩和人格特征,但非智力因素的可塑性更强,具有更大的可提升性。中职学生的非智力因素由于某些原因受到较大的压抑,提升他们的非智力因素,可以根据非智力因素组成的内在规律,结合中职学生的实际,按照低级到高级,从一般到特殊的策略实施。
