为了解决粮食仓库监测与预警系统存在的监测信息不足、预警不及时以及缺乏远程监测与管理问题,设计了基于物联网的粮食仓库远程监测预警系统。该系统以Zig Bee芯片CC2530作为核心处理器实现仓库环境温湿度、粮食内部温湿度等数据信息的采集,利用火焰传感器R2868作为仓库明火探测器,应用多组对射型光电传感器作为粮仓的粮位检测元件并采用“竖直—等间距—平行”安装方式实现粮仓储量的实时监测;同时,系统通过GPRS(General Packet Radio Service)技术的应用和远程监测软件的设计,实现粮食仓库数据信息的远程实时监测与预警报警功能。试验结果表明,在远程数据传输过程中,系统的丢包率小于5%;系统对明火的报警响应时间为1.8 s;远程监测软件满足设计要求,能够有效地实现粮食仓库的远程监测与预警功能。
In order to solve the problems of inadequate monitoring information, outdated warning and lack of remote monitoring and management of food warehouse monitoring and early warning systems, a long-distance monitoring and warning system for food warehouses based on the Internet of Things (IOT) was designed.
