截至2014年底,我市机动车保有量达到559.1万辆,登记在册的机动车停车位约290万个,车多位少现象突出,违法停车普遍,停车难、停车乱现象交织存在。一方面,部分老旧小区、胡同区、医院、学校等区域停车既难又乱;另一方面,也有部分区域因管理不善,导致收费停车位利用率不高,而周边违法乱停车猖獗的现象。从管理方面看,存在收费管理不规范、停车收费资金流向不明等社会关注的热点问题。 By the end of 2014, the number of motor vehicles in our city reached 5,591,000, and there were about 2.9 million motor vehicle parking spaces registered in the city.
