开展不同渗透率岩心的驱替实验,研究了注入营养物刺激内源微生物生长与繁殖对多孔介质渗透率的影响规律,确定了微生物的细胞聚集体产生有效封堵的渗透率范围,讨论了利用内源微生物细胞聚集体封堵对提高非均质油藏采收率的作用机理以及条件。实验得出,在较低渗透率(小于350×10-3μm2)岩心中,微生物生长可使渗透率降低80%以上,形成较为稳定的深度封堵;而较高渗透率岩心中则不能。
The experiments of displacement of cores with different permeability were carried out to study the effects of nutrient injection on the permeability of porous media by stimulating the growth and propagation of endogenous microorganisms. The range of effective permeability of cellular aggregates of microorganisms was determined. Mechanisms and Conditions of Endogenous Microbial Cell Aggregate Blockade to Improve Oil Recovery of Heterogeneous Reservoirs. Experiments show that in the lower permeability (less than 350 × 10-3μm2) cores, microbial growth can reduce the permeability of more than 80%, the formation of a more stable depth of plug; and high permeability cores can not.
