8月21日,大学生“村官”王渊在他创办的公司农场里留影。王渊是陕西省榆林市榆阳区小壕兔乡耳林村的一名“村官”。2008年大学毕业后,身为中共党员的他积极响应“大学生村官计划”的号召,成为陕西省榆林市首批大学生“村官”中的一员,走上了小壕兔乡耳林村村主任助理的岗位。到了农村后王渊发现,这里有着干事创业的广阔舞台。他坚持向书本学习、向实践学习、向农民朋友学习,4年的农村工作中先后做了10余万字的学习笔记,撰写了8篇调研报告。2011年11月,王渊在“两委”
