利用纳米力学显微探针,详细地分析了碳化钨/金属基复合材料界面微区的微观力学行为.结果表明,在强度、硬度和弹性方面,超音速火焰喷涂层优于爆炸喷涂层;在塑性、微区吸收功方面,爆炸喷涂层则优于超音速火焰喷涂层.
The micro-mechanical behavior of the interface micro-zone of tungsten carbide / metal matrix composites was analyzed in detail using nanomechanical microscopic probes. The results show that the supersonic flame sprayed layer is superior to the explosive sprayed layer in the aspects of strength, hardness and elasticity. Plasticity, micro-area absorption work, the explosion spray coating is superior to supersonic flame spray coating.
