当今世界高度全球化,大国际环境下的英文运用能力显得尤为重要。高职高专旨在培养与社会和世界接轨的应用型人才,高职英语教师的跨文化交际水平对于高职院校的学生来说,有着至关重要的影响。传统高职英语教学注重基础性知识的讲授,常忽视英语国家背景文化软知识的导入。如此传统的教学方法容易使学生误识中西文化差异,并且在交际中出现语言失误。
In today’s highly globalized world, the ability to use English in a large international setting is of paramount importance. Higher vocational colleges aim to cultivate applied talents who are in line with society and the world. The intercultural communication level of vocational English teachers is of crucial importance to students in higher vocational colleges. Traditional vocational English teaching focus on basic knowledge of teaching, often ignoring the background of English-speaking countries, the introduction of soft knowledge. Such traditional teaching methods make it easy for students to misunderstand the cultural differences between China and the West, and make language errors in communication.
