①目的探讨用氢化物-非色散型原子荧光法测定砷时酸的影响。②方法配制含不同浓度强酸(HNO3,H2SO4,HCIO4)的砷溶液,在不同最终体积中测量砷的荧光强度。③结果当浓度较高时,上述3种酸对砷的回收率均有影响。H2SO4的回收率最低,显示了最大的抑制性,其次为HNO3,再次为HClO4;影响取决于溶液中酸的浓度而与酸的总量无关。④结论降低溶液中酸的残留量可消除对砷回收的影响。
①Objective To investigate the effect of arsenic on the determination of arsenic by hydride-non-dispersive atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Methods Arsenic solutions containing different concentrations of strong acids (HNO3, H2SO4, HCIO4) were prepared and the fluorescence intensity of arsenic was measured in different final volumes. ③ Results When the concentration is high, the three kinds of acids have an impact on arsenic recovery. The recovery of H2SO4 was the lowest, indicating maximum inhibition, followed by HNO3 and again with HClO4; the effect was dependent on the acid concentration in the solution irrespective of the total amount of acid. ④ Conclusion Reducing acid residues in solution eliminates the effect on arsenic recovery.
