目的对红花水提取物中的化学成分进行研究。方法通过大孔吸附树脂、Sephadex LH-20、反相HPLC等多种色谱进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据进行鉴定。结果从红花水提物中分离得到了12个化合物,分别为(2E,8E)-12Rtetradecadiene-4,6-diyne-1,12,14-triol(1),(8Z)-decaene-4,6-diyn-1-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(2),(8E)-decaene-4,6-diyn-1-O-β-Dglucopyranoside(3),(2S)-4’,5,6,7-四羟基二氢黄酮6-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(4),对羟基苯甲酸(5),异香草酸(6),dihydrophaseic acid methyl ester-3-O-β-D-glucoside(7),dihydrophaseic acid methyl ester(8),对羟基苯甲醛(9),N,N’-dicoumaroyl-putrescine(10),4-(4’-羟基苯基)-丁-3-烯-2-酮(11),对羟基苯乙酮(12)。结论化合物1,3~4,6,8,10为首次从红花中分离得到,并首次报道化合物1的绝对构型及碳谱数据。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of water extract of safflower. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by macroporous resin, Sephadex LH-20 and reversed-phase HPLC, and identified by their physicochemical properties and spectral data. Results Twelve compounds were isolated from the aqueous extract of safflower. They were (2E, 8E) -12Rtetradecadiene-4,6-diyne-1,12,14-triol (1), (8Z) -decaene-4, 6-diyn-1-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (2), (8E) -decaene-4,6-diyn- , 4-dihydroxyflavone 6-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (4), p-hydroxybenzoic acid (5) -glucoside (7), dihydrophaseic acid methyl ester (8), p-hydroxybenzaldehyde (9), N, N’-dicoumaroyl-putrescine -2-one (11), p-hydroxyacetophenone (12). CONCLUSION Compound 1,3,4,6,8,10 was isolated from safflower for the first time and the absolute configuration of compound 1 and the carbon spectrum data were reported for the first time.
