构建了机床主轴系统和切削过程的数学模型,利用Matlab软件绘制其奈奎斯特曲线,根据曲线对系统的稳定性进行了分析和研究,并提出了必要的改建措施。这些为此类高速电主轴的设计和改进提供必要的理论基础和经验。
The mathematical model of the spindle system and cutting process of the machine tool was constructed. The Nyquist curve was drawn by using Matlab software, the stability of the system was analyzed and studied according to the curve, and the necessary rebuilding measures were put forward. These provide the necessary theoretical basis and experience for the design and improvement of such high-speed electric spindle.
