目的:研制银杏叶提取物缓释微丸。方法:通过试验筛选合适的缓释辅料,确定处方组成及工艺条件,同时进行质量考察。结果:确定了以羟丙基甲基纤维素为阻滞剂的处方。银杏叶提取物缓释微丸在6 h释放50%,12 h释放达90%以上。结论:制备该缓释微丸的工艺简便,易于操作,缓释微丸放度指标均符合规定。
Objective: To develop Ginkgo biloba extract sustained-release pellets. Methods: By screening appropriate sustained release materials to determine the prescription composition and process conditions, while quality inspection. Results: The prescription of hydroxypropylmethylcellulose as a blocker was determined. Ginkgo biloba extract sustained-release pellets release 50% at 6 h, 12 h release of more than 90%. Conclusion: The process of preparation of the sustained-release pellets is simple and easy to operate, and the release index of sustained-release pellets meets the requirements.
