桥梁作为交通运输的枢纽,直接影响着交通的流量和荷载。当它投入使用一定时间后,往往由于设计的局限和施工的欠缺,使其难以适应日益繁重的交通量,而且随着运输设备的高速发展和车轮负载的不断增长,使桥梁常常处于超负荷运行的状态,从而逐步成为交通运输线上的“瓶颈”。如果不及时采取有效的维修加固措施,轻则要限速减载,影响通行能力,重则造成运输中断,因此成为困扰市政、公路、铁路等有关部门的一大难题。为此,现针对桥梁在处于超负荷运行状态时成为交通运输的“瓶颈”这一难题,剖析桥梁缺陷成因,存在问题的部位和主要解决的问题,提出必要的技术方法和相关的新材料。
