目的:对一清系列制剂中大黄素、大黄酚的含量进行测定比较。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,SHIEIDO C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)分离,流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸(80∶20),流速为1 ml·min-1,检测波为254 nm。结果:根据日服量计算,颗粒剂中大黄素和大黄酚总量含量最高(日服用量为12.983 mg),片剂最低(日服用量为2.153 mg)。结论:同一处方不同剂型不同制备工艺,其成品中有效成分有较大差异,通过对一清系列制剂含量进行研究测定,不仅对不同制剂的质量进行了比较,而且为制定一清系列制剂通用标准提供了科学依据。
Objective: To determine the contents of emodin and chrysophanol in a series of preparations. METHODS: High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was performed on a SHIEIDO C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) with methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid (80:20) at a flow rate of 1 ml · min- 254 nm. Results: According to the daily dose calculation, the total content of emodin and chrysophanol granules was the highest (the daily dosage was 12.983 mg) and the lowest was the tablet (daily dosage was 2.153 mg).
