楔横轧成形工艺是一种少无切削生产迥转体零件的新工艺。由于它具有效率高,节省材料,模具寿命高等优点,所以日益为人们所重视。我们与天津拖拉机厂协作,选择了技术上有代表性的两种拖拉机轴类件(中间齿轮轴和转向节半轴)为对象,进行了轧制工艺研究。解决了较大直径零件轧制工艺中的模具参数、结构、修形及轧机调整等问题,同时进行了力能参数的测试研究。最终轧出比模锻件公差小,切削留量小的轧件,并进行了小批量试生产。下面就试验研究结
Wedge cross-rolling forming process is a non-cutting production of non-swivel parts of the new technology. Because of its high efficiency, save material, mold life advantages, so increasingly people pay attention. In collaboration with the Tianjin Tractor Works, we selected two technically representative two tractor shaft parts (intermediate gear shafts and knuckle half shafts) for rolling process studies. The problems of mold parameters, structure, shape modification and mill adjustment in the rolling process of larger diameter parts are solved, and the testing of the power parameters is also carried out. The final rolling die forgings smaller tolerances, cutting small amount of retained rolling, and a small batch of trial production. The following experimental study
