以PE250×400型复摆颚式破碎机动颚为研究对象,利用三维设计软件SolidWorks对动颚进行了三维实体建模,然后导入到有限元软件ANSYS Workbench中对其进行了有限元静力学分析,得到了动颚受到最大破碎力时的整体变形图、应力图、应变图和安全系数图,通过分析表明,所设计的动颚零件在受到最大破碎力作用时,其整体变形主要在动颚体上,动颚头部没有明显的变形,其最大变形值为0.087mm,所以动颚的刚度能够满足工作要求,其最大应力为62MPa,其最低工作安全系数为5,因此,动颚的强度也能够满足工作要求。
