通过工程实践,证明用钢纤维增强的钢丝网混凝土(简称F.C.)是一种高强复合材料,它具有优越的力学性能,使结构重量轻,且成型不用模板,已引起桥梁界的兴趣与注意。F.C.目前已应用于桥面铺装与罩面、连续桥面、铺装搭板等工程中。钢丝网混凝土已在悬索桥的加劲梁、斜张桥的桥面系、扁壳拱、箱形拱、输水渡槽、薄壁浮运沉井、桩护筒、模板等工程中被广泛采用,效果理想。可以预料这种新颖的高强复合材料,可使桥梁轻型化,从而使桥梁向更大的跨度发展。
Through engineering practice, it has been proved that steel fiber reinforced steel mesh concrete (F.C.) is a kind of high strength composite material. It has excellent mechanical properties, makes the structure light weight, and does not require forming mold. It has aroused the interest and attention of bridge industry. F.C. has been used in bridge deck and overlay, continuous deck, pavement and other projects. Steel mesh concrete has been widely used in the suspension bridge stiffener beam, slant bridge deck, flat shell arch, box arch, aqueduct aqueduct, thin-walled floating caisson, pile casing, templates and other projects are widely used, the effect ideal. It can be expected that this novel high-strength composite material, can make the bridge lighter, so that the bridge to a larger span.
