This is a procedure concerning the development strategy for the acquisition, use, stabilization, and improvement of an organization’s human resources. To understand the nature of human resource planning, we need to consider: the difference between it and other methods of analyzing human resources, the themes it describes, the analysis it adopts, and the environment in which it is applied. The human resources plan gives a basic overview of the employees and classifies the employees according to different parameters (age, length of work, ability, gender, etc.) and the type of work (level, function, location, etc.) they are engaged in. This can provide current and future demand and existing, potential supply for different types of employees.
