随着社会经济的不断发展,在大众创业、万众创新的发展环境下,新创企业正在得到快速的发展。不过,新创企业和成熟企业相比,在经营发展当中,往往面临着更大的难题。新创企业时常会面临工作流程不明确、组织结构不完善、资源短缺等问题,因而要求创业者具有良好的领导能力,能够实现创业资源的优化配置,挖掘更大的企业价值。对于新创企业来说,创业型领导发挥着至关重要的作用,对于新创企业的绩效有着直接的影响。
With the continuous development of social economy, new-found enterprises are rapidly developing under the environment of public entrepreneurship and innovation. However, compared with mature enterprises, start-ups often face more problems in business development. Start-ups always face problems such as unclear work flow, imperfect organizational structure and shortage of resources. Entrepreneurs are therefore required to have good leadership skills, to optimize the allocation of entrepreneurial resources and to tap for greater corporate value. For startups, entrepreneurial leadership plays a crucial role and has a direct impact on the startup’s performance.
