经过对大学英语分级教学改革下不同级别任课教师对改革实施的制度的适应性进行考察,指出教材难度的选择要有针对性;在教学目标管理上可以采用阶段性和总结性教学目标相结合的方式;在管理机制上,应重视教师的付出和其所实施的有效教学行为而不能仅重视教学成果,而且心理干预对教师的激励也很重要。
