介绍了夏热冬冷地区某办公建筑的绿色化运营情况。结合项目采用的绿色建筑技术,分析了项目的水、电、气的运营能耗以及各项能耗使用特点,并对进一步节能节水措施提出了建议。针对项目室内环境品质,以实际测量数据明确了室内污染物浓度、室内噪声、室内照度的取值,满足相关标准及人员舒适性要求。 The green operation of an office building in hot summer and cold winter area is introduced. Combined with the green building technology used in the project, the operational energy consumption of water, electricity and gas as well as the characteristics of energy consumption are analyzed, and suggestions for further energy-saving and water-saving measures are put forward. According to the quality of the indoor environment of the project, the values ​​of indoor pollutant concentration, indoor noise and indoor illuminance are clearly determined by the actual measured data, meeting the requirements of related standards and personnel comfort.
