以甘肃白银坡缕石黏土为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备氧化铝/坡缕石复合材料,通过复合材料对水中Cr(Ⅵ)的静态吸附实验,研究了氧化铝与坡缕石的质量比、反应温度、焙烧温度及焙烧时间对复合材料吸附性能的影响。结果表明,氧化铝与坡缕石的质量比为0.4,反应温度50℃,300℃下焙烧4 h,复合材料对Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附性能较好,吸附量达22.5 mg/g。
Alumina / palygorskite composites were prepared by sol-gel method from white silver palygorskite clay in Gansu. Through the static adsorption experiment of Cr (Ⅵ) in water, the mass ratio of alumina and palygorskite Ratio, reaction temperature, calcination temperature and calcination time on the adsorption properties of composites. The results show that the mass ratio of alumina to palygorskite is 0.4, the reaction temperature is 50 ℃ and calcination is carried out at 300 ℃ for 4 h. The adsorption capacity of Cr (Ⅵ) on the composites is good, and the adsorption capacity is 22.5 mg / g.
